Cancellation & Change Policy
At Cakestop1, we understand that plans can change. However, to ensure fairness to all our customers and to maintain the quality of our services, we have the following policy in place:
- Cancellations or changes must be requested at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled booking.
- Requests made within 7 days of the booking date cannot be accommodated and will be non-refundable.
- If you need to make changes to your booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but availability is not guaranteed.
- In case of unforeseen emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
