Ingredients: sugar, egg albumen, food acid(330), contains egg
Directions:
Sift powder in a bowl and add 75ml water or ratio (powder:water = 6.66:1).
Beat until required consistency is achieved or mix on low speed in a mixer for 1-2 minutes. Add a small amount of water to adjust consistency.
