Baking Instructions (Frozen Cookie Dough)
- Soften dough at room temperature (approx. 25°C)
- Roll to 7–8mm thickness and cut into desired shapes
- Chill in the fridge for one hour (for a better shape)
- Preheat oven to 175°C (355°F) Bake for 10–12 minutes, rotating the tray halfway if needed.
This guideline is based on cookies weighing 20–25g. For a deeper golden colour, you may bake slightly longer. If baking smaller cookies, reduce the baking time. Monitor closely to prevent over-browning. We always recommend to do a single cookie test before doing a large quantity
- Remove from oven and allow cookies to rest on the tray for 15 minutes before serving
