Our Matcha Strawberry Cake brings together the earthy richness of premium Kyoto matcha and the bright, perfectly balanced flavor of our homemade strawberry jam.
Each layer is crafted with care — soft matcha chiffon cake, smooth matcha ganache, light matcha chocolate cream, and our house-made strawberry jam, which strikes just the right balance of sweetness and a refreshing hint of sourness. We use only high-quality culinary-grade Kyoto matcha to create a beautifully deep, aromatic flavor that's naturally vibrant.
It’s the perfect harmony of bittersweet matcha and bright, fruity notes, all wrapped up in a soft, fluffy bite.
