Flower
Flowers are not included in the price. Non-edible flowers are usually supplied and installed by the venue’s florist on-site. If you’d like us to organise the flowers for you, please provide your preferred flower types and colour palette (2–3 options), and we’ll advise pricing based on current market rates. ~$80-$150
Important Note
We highly recommend booking our delivery and setup service for your special occasion cake, as it ensures the safest transport and a professional finish. Our setup service includes arranging the flowers and securely wrapping the stems to ensure safe contact with the cake.

Cancellations & Postponements Policy
If you need to cancel or postpone your order, the following terms apply depending on how close it is to your event date.
For cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event, 20% of the deposit will be deducted. Postponements are allowed for up to 4 weeks from the original date.
For requests made between 14 days and 7 days before the event, the deposit (which is 50% of the total payment) will be retained. If full payment was made upfront, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. In this timeframe, postponements can be arranged for up to 2 weeks from the original date.
For requests made within 7 days of the event, cancellations are not permitted. Postponements may still be discussed, however they are subject to availability. In some cases, the cake may be collected within 2 calendar days of the original date. Please note that pickups are not available on Mondays or public holidays as the shop is closed, and any re-delivery will incur an additional fee.
In the unlikely event that CAKE STOP 1 needs to cancel your order, a full refund will be issued. We will also assist you in finding another decorator with similar experience to fulfil your order.
