We don't recommend to place on the top if there is any design on top. 
 
It's best to place maximum two types of fruit on a 6'' cake as there is only little space to put fruit.
 
How to select? 
Basically if you want to choose two types of fruit, select one type of fruit and add to cart. Then select the other type of fruit and add to cart.
